私(わたし)は、徳島大学大学院(とくしまだいがくだいがくいん)創成科学研究科(そうせいかがくけんきゅうか)に在籍(ざいせき)しております。八杉龍志(やすぎ りゅうじ)と申(もう)します。

現在(げんざい)、修士論文(しゅうしろんぶん)作成(さくせい)のため、「地域防災(ちいきぼうさい)の観点(かんてん)から見(み)る在留外国人(ざいりゅうがいこくじん)の課題(かだい)と共助(きょうじょ)の可能性(かのうせい)について」に関(かん)する研究(けんきゅう)を行(おこな)っております。
本研究(ほんけんきゅう)では、在留外国人(ざいりゅうがいこくじん)の方々(かたがた)を対象(たいしょう)に、地域防災力(ちいきぼうさいりょく)の強化(きょうか)を実現(じつげん)する際(さい)に在留外国人(ざいりゅうがいこくじん)あるいは在留外国人(ざいりゅうがいこくじん)が生活(せいかつ)する周辺(しゅうへん)の地域(ちいき)が抱(かか)える課題(かだい)を明(あき)らかにし、地域防災力向上(ちいきぼうさいりょく)と在留外国人(ざいりゅうがいこくじん)の防災力強化(ぼうさいりょくきょうか)を目的(もくてき)としております。
つきましては、お忙(いそが)しいところ誠(まこと)に恐縮(きょうしゅく)ですが、本(ほん)アンケート調査(ちょうさ)にご協力(きょうりょく)いただけますと幸(さいわ)いです。

[調査概要]

調査目的：本調査(ほんちょうさ)は日本(にほん)で暮(く)らしている在留外国人(ざいりゅうがいこくじん)を対象(たいしょう)に日本(にほん)に南海(なんかい)トラフ地震(じしん)のような大規模災害(だいきぼさいがい)が発生(はっせい)した際(さい)に、対象者(たいしょうしゃ)が安全(あんぜん)にかつ適切(てきせつ)に避難行動(ひなんこうどう)をとり、命(いのち)を守(まも)る力(ちから)を強化(きょうか)すること、および対象者(たいしょうしゃ)の災害(さいがい)に対(たい)する備(そな)えや防災意識(ぼうさいいしき)を把握(はあく)することを目的(もくてき)として実施(じっし)します。

My name is Ryuji Yasugi, and I am currently a graduate student at the Graduate School of Science and Technology for Innovation, Tokushima University.
I am currently conducting research for my master’s thesis titled “Challenges Faced by Foreign Residents and the Potential for Mutual Support from the Perspective of Community Disaster Prevention.”
The purpose of this research is to identify the challenges faced by foreign residents and the communities in which they live when strengthening local disaster preparedness. Through this study, I aim to contribute to improving both community disaster resilience and disaster preparedness among foreign residents.

[Survey Overview]
Purpose of the Survey:
This survey is conducted for foreign residents living in Japan. The purpose is to understand their level of disaster preparedness and awareness, and to help strengthen their ability to take safe and appropriate evacuation actions to protect their lives in the event of a large-scale disaster, such as a Nankai Trough earthquake, occurring in Japan.

Estimated Time to Complete：Approximately 5 minutes

Response Deadline：June 30, 2026
